This Privacy Statement applies to www.domainedepamadera.eu and www.domainedepamadera.nl These sites are owned and operated by Domaine de Pamadera. This privacy statement describes how we collect and use information that you provide on our aforementioned sites. It also describes choices you have regarding our use of your personal data and how you can access and update this information.

Data collection

The various personal data we collect for a reservation include:

Your first name, last name, email address, telephone number and home address;
Information about the stay, such as the date of arrival and departure, the room type, the number of people and an explanation of this indicated by you;

You decide which personal data you want to share with us. We need the sections marked with an * to complete the reservation. The other information is not required to be entered.

Information We Collect Automatically

When using our website, we also automatically collect data, including personal data. This includes data such as language settings, IP address, location, device settings, device operating system, log data, usage time, requested URL, status report, user agent (browser version information), operating system, result (viewer or booker), search history, reservation ID of the booker and the type of data viewed. We may also collect data automatically through cookies.

Sharing data

If you sign up for the newsletter, you agree that the data entered by you will be sent to KPN for processing in accordance with KPN’s privacy policy as stated in the General Terms and Conditions of KPN Nederland

We will retain your information, including personal data, for as long as we deem it necessary to provide you services, comply with applicable law, resolve disputes with parties and otherwise as necessary to enable us to conduct our business, including detecting and preventing fraud or other illegal activities.
